Common App Essay Package - $650
I generally prefer to start with this essay as it is the most important and most frequently used.
This package includes
- A Brainstorming session to come up with topics and plans for a first draft
- Written feed back followed by a meeting to discuss your first draft and goals for revision
- Then we will meet as many times as it takes to get a final draft

Personal Statement for Grad School Applicants - $1 per word
The personal narrative is a critical component of your applications. I’ll help you capture your best stories.
The rate is $1 per word according to the maximum word count allowed in the application.
This package includes:
Brainstorming
Draft Strategies
Revision Sessions until you are thrilled with your essays

Additional/Supplemental Essays - $1 per word*
This is for any college application essays outside of the scope of the common app essay including scholarship essays, supplemental questions, etc.
The word count rate is based on the maximum number of words the college allows for the question/essay (rather than the final word count of the essay).
* for students who complete the common app essay or personal statement first, there is a 25% discount on these additional essays and supplemental questions ($.75 per word)

Medical School Essays – $125 per hour
The medical school is much more intense and rigorous than the usual college application essays, plus there can be quite a bit of overlap with topics. So, it’s more cost-effective for my clients to pay by the hour. We can set an upper limit if that makes sense for you. Please just reach out with any questions here.
Freelance Writing/Ghostwriting – Price TBD
I’m happy to help you start from scratch with other projects (those not related to the college application process, school papers, or that otherwise require to be written by the named author). Please just reach out with any questions here.
Research - $125 per hour
Normally, students come to our meetings with a list of schools and their application essays. If you would prefer me to do the research, I’m happy to. Please just reach out with any questions here.
